1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing and using ChiyaIO services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.
2. Services Description
ChiyaIO provides a professional appointment booking platform that connects customers with verified service providers across multiple categories. Our services include:
- Appointment booking and scheduling system
- Service provider profile creation and management
- QR code generation for businesses and Google Business profiles
- Booking confirmation with secure payment processing
- Multiple service categories: Doctors, Dentists, Lawyers, Consultants, Therapists, Salons, Spas, Fitness, Education, and more
- Shareable profile links for service providers
- Customer booking management dashboard
- Service provider availability and schedule management
3. Service Plans for Providers
ChiyaIO offers different subscription plans for service providers to list and manage their services:
3.1 Free Plan: Basic service listing plan available at no cost, allowing service providers to create profiles and receive bookings. Free plans may have limitations on the number of services or features available.
3.2 Premium Subscription Plans: We offer various paid subscription plans for service providers with enhanced features, increased service limits, and additional benefits. Premium plans may include:
- Unlimited service listings
- Priority placement in search results
- Advanced analytics and booking insights
- Custom branding and profile customization
- Premium customer support
- Enhanced QR code designs
- Marketing tools and promotional features
3.3 Plan Details: Current plan features, pricing, and service limits are displayed on our pricing page. We reserve the right to modify, add, or remove plans and features with reasonable notice to service providers.
4. Pricing & Payment Terms
4.1 Booking Confirmation Fees: ChiyaIO charges a small confirmation fee for each appointment booking to secure the time slot. This fee is non-refundable and separate from the service provider's consultation or service fee.
4.2 Service Provider Fees: The actual service fee is paid directly to the service provider at their location or as per their payment terms. ChiyaIO does not collect or process service fees on behalf of providers.
4.3 Service Provider Subscriptions:
- Subscription pricing and billing cycles are displayed on our pricing page at the time of purchase
- Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled
- You can cancel anytime - no long-term commitments required
- Service activates immediately upon successful payment
- We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers
4.4 Payment Methods:
- Credit/Debit cards
- UPI payments
- Net banking
- Digital wallets
- Other payment methods as available on our platform
4.5 Auto-Renewal: Paid subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period. You can cancel anytime from your dashboard before the next billing date to avoid charges.
5. Refund Policy
5.1 Booking Confirmation Fee Refunds:
- Booking confirmation fees are generally non-refundable as they secure your appointment slot
- Refunds may be considered only in exceptional circumstances such as service provider cancellation or platform technical issues
- Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method
- Refund eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis
5.2 Service Provider Subscription Refunds:
- If you cancel within 7 days of subscribing and haven't used paid features extensively, you may request a full refund
- After 7 days, no refunds are provided for the current billing period, but you can cancel to avoid future charges
- Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method
5.3 Service Interruptions:
- If our booking platform is unavailable for more than 24 consecutive hours due to our fault, users may receive proportional credits or refunds
- Scheduled maintenance notifications will be provided in advance when possible
5.4 No Refunds For:
- Completed appointments (booking confirmation fees)
- Service fees paid directly to service providers
- Partial billing periods after subscription cancellation
- Service interruptions caused by user error or third-party services
- Change of mind after appointment booking
- Violation of Terms of Service resulting in account termination
6. Intellectual Property Rights
6.1 User Content: Service providers retain all rights to their service information, photos, profiles, and content uploaded to ChiyaIO. Customers retain rights to their personal information and booking data.
6.2 ChiyaIO Rights: ChiyaIO platform, appointment booking system, QR code generation system, profile templates, and all software components remain the exclusive property of ChiyaIO.
6.3 License Grant: We grant service providers a limited, non-exclusive license to use our platform features including profile links, QR codes, and booking system for their business purposes.
6.4 Restrictions: You may not:
- Resell, redistribute, or commercialize our platform or booking system
- Reverse engineer or copy our platform technology
- Remove ChiyaIO branding from profile links or QR codes
- Use the platform for competing booking services
- Share login credentials with unauthorized parties
7. Acceptable Use Policy
Users agree NOT to use ChiyaIO for:
- Harassment, stalking, or threatening other users or service providers
- Fraudulent or illegal activities
- Spamming or unsolicited marketing
- Sharing false or misleading service information or credentials
- Creating fake profiles or impersonating professionals
- Booking appointments with no intention to attend (no-shows)
- Violating others' privacy or rights
- Attempting to bypass security measures or payment systems
- Using the platform to compete with our services
- Posting inappropriate or offensive content in profiles
Consequences: Violation of this policy may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund of subscription fees or booking charges.
8. User Responsibilities
8.1 Service Providers agree to:
- Provide accurate service information, credentials, and contact details
- Maintain professional qualifications and licenses as required
- Honor confirmed appointments and maintain scheduled availability
- Provide quality services as described in their profiles
- Keep account credentials secure and confidential
- Update service information and availability promptly
- Respond to customer inquiries and bookings in a timely manner
- Use QR codes and profile links only for their legitimate business
- Comply with all applicable laws and professional standards
8.2 Customers agree to:
- Provide accurate personal information for bookings
- Attend confirmed appointments or provide reasonable notice for cancellations
- Pay booking confirmation fees as required
- Pay service fees directly to service providers as agreed
- Treat service providers with respect and professionalism
- Use the platform responsibly and legally
- Keep account credentials secure and confidential
9. Account Management
9.1 Service Provider Account Updates: Service providers can update their service information, availability, pricing, contact preferences, and account settings anytime from their dashboard.
9.2 Customer Account Updates: Customers can manage their booking history, personal information, and notification preferences from their dashboard.
9.3 Subscription Changes:
- Upgrades: Instant activation upon successful payment with access to enhanced features
- Downgrades: Effective at end of current billing period; you retain paid features until then
- Cancellation: Can be done anytime from your dashboard; paid features remain active until the end of the current billing period
- Plan modifications may result in prorated charges or credits as applicable
9.4 Booking Management: Both customers and service providers can view and manage their appointments, reschedule when mutually agreed, and communicate through the platform's messaging system.
9.5 Service Updates: We regularly improve ChiyaIO with new features and enhancements. Major changes will be communicated via email or dashboard notifications.
10. Service Availability & Support
10.1 Platform Uptime: We strive for 99.5% uptime for our booking platform but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance.
10.2 Customer Support:
- Free Users: Email support with standard response times
- Premium Service Providers: Enhanced support with faster response times and additional support channels as per plan benefits
- Support channels may include email, phone, and WhatsApp depending on your subscription level
- Specific support response times and channels are outlined in your subscription plan details
- Booking-related urgent issues receive priority attention
10.3 Technical Issues: Report bugs, booking problems, or technical issues through your dashboard or contact support. We'll work to resolve issues promptly to minimize disruption to appointment scheduling.
10.4 Service Provider Availability: We cannot guarantee the availability of individual service providers. Appointment scheduling depends on each provider's availability and schedule management.
11. Privacy & Data Protection
We are committed to protecting the privacy of both service providers and customers:
- Personal contact information is never shared without explicit consent
- Appointment bookings are processed through our secure system
- Service provider profiles and customer data are stored securely with encryption
- We never sell or share your personal data with unauthorized third parties
- QR codes and profile links maintain privacy while enabling professional contact
- Payment information is processed through secure, PCI-compliant gateways
- You can delete your account and all associated data anytime
- Service providers control what information is displayed publicly on their profiles

12. Limitation of Liability
ChiyaIO's liability is limited to the total amount paid for subscription services in the past 12 months. For free users, our liability is limited to ₹1000. We are not liable for:
- Quality or outcomes of services provided by service providers
- Missed appointments or scheduling conflicts
- Service provider conduct, qualifications, or professional performance
- Damages or disputes arising from appointments or service delivery
- Lost opportunities or communications due to platform interruptions
- Unauthorized access resulting from user negligence
- Third-party payment gateway or communication service failures
- Cancellations, no-shows, or scheduling conflicts between parties
- Medical, legal, or professional advice provided by service providers
Disclaimer: ChiyaIO is an appointment booking and scheduling platform only. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, legality, or outcomes of services provided by service providers. Users book services at their own discretion and risk.
13. Account Termination
13.1 User Termination: Both service providers and customers may delete their accounts anytime from dashboard settings. All data will be permanently removed within 30 days, but booking history may be retained for legal compliance purposes.
13.2 ChiyaIO Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for:
- Violation of Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy
- Fraudulent activity, fake profiles, or payment disputes
- Professional misconduct or customer complaints (for service providers)
- Excessive no-shows or booking abuse (for customers)
- Prolonged inactivity (free accounts after 2 years)
- Legal requirements or court orders
- Failure to maintain required professional credentials (for service providers)
13.3 Effect of Termination: Upon termination, all profile links and QR codes will be deactivated, access to booking system and paid subscription features will cease immediately. Confirmed appointments may be honored at the discretion of involved parties. Any unused portion of paid subscriptions is non-refundable unless otherwise stated in our refund policy.
14. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes will be resolved through:
- Good-faith negotiation between parties
- Mediation if negotiation fails
- Arbitration in Gujarat, India as final resort
15. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Jurisdiction for any disputes is Gujarat, India.
16. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms. Clients will be notified of significant changes. Continued use constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
